Studio available to rent :

• hourly or weekly basis (preferably on a regular basis)
• Pop-Up shop during school holidays or Christmas/new year period.  This includes July School holidays (2 weeks) OR December/January (8 weeks) period with summer/winter tourism at its peak

Facility descriptions:

• 19 Cliff Wilson Street (opposite Mitre 10)
• Studio 2 = 93sqm. Wooden flooring (original carpet available to roll out).  
• Studio 1 = 120sqm.  Sprung floor (for exercise use only).  Street footwear needs to be removed. Magnificant views & outlook of Mt Aspiring National Park. Air conditioning units
• recently renovated with plenty of natural lighting
• good rates available for those wanting to regularly rent
• access to shared kitchenette & toilet facilties
• excellent car parking
• security alarm systems available
• footpath signage opportunities 
• access from footpath available (independant from dance studio)
• full length mirrors are mounted on studio walls.  Curtains are available to screen these off

The above facilties are used for dance classes predominantly during the school term only.  Therefore clear spaces with no furniture.
