Acro classes help strengthen dancers to seamlessly blend acrobatic elements into dance choreography. We follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus where the class works on strength, balance, flexibility, basic tumbling & partner work.

Dancers 8+ years must have some classical or jazz training as a pre requisite & already be an active dancer in the school.

Acro classes differ from gymnastics in that they incorporate choreography; artistry; have different entry/exit in to skills; routines are designed to be performed on hard floor stages with no equipment. 

We practice skills on mats, and dancers are trained to understand correct technique, safety & alignment.
