Here is more detailed info for parents and dancers. Dancers are required to attend a Stage Visit and the Dress Rehearsal, before show days.

Stage Visit

Purchase tickets

Tickets will be available for purchase online through Try Booking.

Cash door sales will be available, but we recommend you buy tickets in advance of show days to avoid missing out.

Parent Helpers

Parent helpers are required backstage to mind younger dancers, ensure dressed correctly, tidy & escort to stage at correct timing. Parent Helper Volunteer lists will be posted online (to be posted here) or at the studio noticeboard. Two parent helpers per class are greatly appreciated for our younger classes.

Stage Make-Up

Stage make up is required to ensure that we can see our dancers faces & expressions on stage.  Stage lighting will wash out small faces. We recommend foundation, eyeshadow (natural brown tones), eyeliner, blusher & bright lipstick.  No make up is required for preschoolers, with exception of a little lipstick.

Class Photos, Show Video & Photography

Class photos will be taken at the LWC stage with Alpine Images.  A FULL photo schedule (link will be posted here)

No videoing or flash photography is permitted from the audience during live shows. Even though this is a family show we follow normal theatre etiquette of switching off all technology. Not all seating is tiered, so its super important that no devices are raised to film and block view for other families. There will be a photographer & a videographer working to capture all of the memories.

Costume Lists

Find out what is supplied & what personal items are required.  Costumes Lists (link will be posted here) & also in the studio waiting room.

Preschool Info

Parents are responsible to dress their child in theme with the dance.  Some costumes have already be sourced and/or available to hire. Preschool dancers will ONLY be dancing in the Saturday matinee show. Refer to Parent Helper & Costume Lists (link will be posted here).
